Indian classical ragas when played in accordance to the seasons and time of the day, help students relax and de-stress.
Teachings of the Bhagwad Geeta, Dnyaneshwari and Patanjali Yog Sutras are shared in classes with the aim of applying these concepts in day to day life.
The methodology of teaching asanas and pranayama vary according to the changes in seasons. Asanas are broken down and sessions are liberally sprinkled with tips on ritucharya and dinacharya.
